The Hong Kong Segment

Sunday, July 5, 2015

One million years later, I am back with a new post again. Uni and work caught up with me as it does every semester but HI again! Continuing on from the last post.

We spent a few short days in Hong Kong as we kind of used it as home base to collect all the necessities and of course it was where our return flight back to Australia was. Unfortunately I didn't lug my huge camera out during Hong Kong as I figured my hands would have been full with shopping. The opposite was true! I did barely any shopping in Hong Kong, strangely enough. All photos in this post were taken with either our phones or a point and shoot.

Pop Hotel Mong Kok Review

ALOHA!

In my previous blog post, I mentioned that I was recently overseas. Well it’s been over 3 weeks since my return so I figured it was finally time to make a few posts about my trip. Our Hong Kong segment of the trip was rather small and uneventful. We treated our Hong Kong stay as a time to stock up on some winter gear, see some relatives and eat, A LOT.

I’ve decided to split this post to be about my accommodation. Hopefully I can help people who may be thinking about staying at the places I lived at during my stay. Sorry about the average photos, I wasn't planning on an accommodation review while I was there.

I've been slack! However, in my defense I started working almost as soon as I got back and I am currently sick. Here's a few photos here and there to fill up this blog while I slowly go through my endless amounts of photos.

How to Fail Dismally at Skiing | Day 10 New Zealand

Wednesday, January 14, 2015

Quick announcement before I continue with this post. I am leaving for Hong Kong in less than 2 days so posts on New Zealand may be delayed again. On the bright side, I will have so much more content for this blog. I will be heading to Hong Kong, South Korea and finally Taiwan for the next 3 weeks. Packing my luggage has been put aside on to the procrastination list but I am ecstatic and raring to go!

On to the topic of this post! A bit of a background on my athleticism skills. I am absolutely terrible at anything to do with sports. But I was in New Zealand! I had to go skiing.
